Job Brief
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive to look over our client accounts. The role demands leveraging working relationships across clients as you will have to maintain a high level of client satisfaction by meeting all their goals and the company’s ones.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and build strong relationships with the key accounts
- Handle day-to-day activities for assigned E-commerce clients
- Conduct strategic account planning and market studies
- Execute tasks based on strategic direction
- Understand the business objectives, processes and support the needs of clients and prospects.
- Develops clear and effective proposals / quotations / reports for current and prospective clients
- Evaluate digital / social media plan according to the client needs
- Initiate and lead project meetings
- Coordinate with the internal teams on delivering client’s expectations
- Preparation of sales forecast, market research reports

Requirements to Apply
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/business administration or related field
- Previous experience in digital marketing/account management (2 years)
- Arabic is a plus
- Proficient in Ms. Office tools, tech savvy
- Analytical reporting skills
- Effective Time Management
- Well organized
- Great problem solver
- Works well in a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong negotiator
