Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain PnL sheets and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns to help optimize all campaigns.

  • Driving client partnership with strategic influence and intent, whilst being the focal point for day to day client interaction, digital campaign planning and service delivery.

  • Lead the Account Management and Influencer Marketing team to plan, create and implement performance campaigns.

  • Support performance marketing activity across additional channels and work closely with any multiple stakeholders to implement, optimize and report on performance.

  • Interpret the client’s business needs into clear action plans.

  • Oversee and deliver high quality performance campaigns end- to-end, in line with agreed brand plans and objectives.

  • Performance Analysis; analyze performance and understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities.

  • Research and analyze performance drivers to improve future campaign profitability/growth and contribute towards yearly marketing budgets, KPIs and sales forecasts. Interpret digital trends, unlocking new and relevant growth opportunities across the business.

  • Lead clients' campaign advertising strategies and provide superior customer service to ensure utmost client satisfaction.

  • Ensure the strategic excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs. Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships.

Lead The Teams (AM & INF):

  • Maximize team output and efficiencies through coordinating team workflow, with responsibility for all team work in progress.

  • Mentor team members and develop their skill set in accordance with their individual goals and objectives and career path.

  • Play a key role in the recruitment of new team members as and when required.

  • Lead the team in meeting targets.

  • Produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualification in Marketing, Business or related discipline.

  • Digital native, experienced in performance marketing and influencer marketing.

  • Ability to think commercially and understand real return on investment.

  • Previous recent experience working in an agency environment at Senior Account Manager / Account Director Level.

  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior level.

  • Demonstrable commercial experience with experience growing revenues and effectively managing budgets for major brand campaigns.

  • Strong experience in participating in new business pitches.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Management reporting experience essential.
