Job Responsibilities
Support the payment processing for Influencers, affiliates and developers.
Monitor & update the cash voucher and bank voucher sheets.
Create invoices for clients.
Follow up on receivables of selected clients.
Conduct adhoc bill payments.
Assist with any adhoc finance related tasks.
Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
Job Requirements
Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters in Accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
Good understanding of financial and accounting principles.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
